Cliff Rock Labs collects information you choose to share through the website intake form, email, phone, or text message. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, trade, current website, biggest problem, and notes about your website, Google Business Profile, SEO, lead response, SMS, or Voice Secretary needs.
Website chat. If you use the chat on this site, we keep the messages for up to 90 days to answer you and to prevent abuse. If you give us your name, phone number or email in the chat, we add them and the conversation to our customer records. We text you only if you tap Yes to the texting question in the chat. To block spam, the chat uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use this information to respond to your request, review where your business may be losing customers, provide services you ask about, improve our website and intake process, and keep basic business records.
SMS messaging
If you consent to text messages, Cliff Rock Labs may send texts about your inquiry, discovery call, service follow-up, or related scheduling. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not required to make a purchase.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers, such as our intake or website hosting tools, to store and process intake information for the purposes described above.
