If missed calls and website inquiries are going cold, Lead Response follows up quickly, collects the job details, and sends a clear summary to your phone.
An illustrative flow based on a missed-call and SMS setup. No private customer messages are shown.
1. A call goes unanswered
A customer calls your configured business number while you are unavailable.
2. An automatic text follows
Your approved text-back message invites the caller to share what they need.
3. The customer replies
If they reply, the SMS bot asks about the job and location using the questions you approved.
4. You receive an alert
The inquiry reaches your phone. You review the available details and decide whether to call back.

How we estimate this
We take your yearly leads, the share nobody can answer live, and a share of those that go elsewhere depending on how soon you reply: within 5 minutes 5%, within an hour 15%, later the same day 30%, next business day 50%. Those leads are multiplied by your close rate and job value. The win-back line assumes faster follow-up recovers 25% of them, and time saved assumes 5 minutes per lead. These are planning assumptions, not measured results. Your numbers depend on your market, pricing, and how you follow up.

Call and message usage runs through our accounts and appears on your monthly invoice, with an included allowance agreed before launch. Optional voice answering has its own scope.
Optional AI Voice Secretary
Automated call answering when your team is unavailable.
This is an automated voice agent, not a live receptionist. It can answer configured after-hours or overflow calls, use approved business information, and collect job details for your review. We agree on call routing and handoff rules before adding it. The illustrative example above shows missed-call text-back and SMS, not voice answering.
FAQ
Lead Response questions
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Your number stays with your current carrier. Missed or after-hours calls forward to a line we set up and manage, so you don’t need to open a new phone account. We check your setup first. A new dedicated number is also an option, and any number we set up is yours to take if you leave.
How do I stay in control?
You approve the response rules before launch. Routine conversations then run automatically, without waiting for you to approve each message. You receive lead alerts and can review the conversations afterward. You handle callbacks and final decisions about pricing, scope, scheduling, safety, and accepting jobs.
Is this the same as a call center?
No. This is automated messaging and, if included, automated call answering. It collects information; it does not replace your judgment about whether a job is worth taking. You or your team handle conversations that need a person.
What happens to leads outside my service area?
We agree on service-area rules during setup. Clear out-of-area inquiries can receive an approved response. Uncertain cases are flagged for your review rather than treated as a definite match or rejection.

Lead Response can work on its own. If the website or search presence needs attention too, we can scope Foundation or Visibility separately.
