How we estimate this

We take your yearly leads, the share nobody can answer live, and a share of those that go elsewhere depending on how soon you reply: within 5 minutes 5%, within an hour 15%, later the same day 30%, next business day 50%. Those leads are multiplied by your close rate and job value. The win-back line assumes faster follow-up recovers 25% of them, and time saved assumes 5 minutes per lead. These are planning assumptions, not measured results. Your numbers depend on your market, pricing, and how you follow up.
